AFTCO Flying Gaff Handle

The slim, tapered tip area of the AFTCO Flying Gaff Handle slices through water fast and with great accuracy to minimize the problems of gaffing powerful fish. Like all AFTCO taper-tip aluminum fishing gaffs, the shaft of the Fly Gaff is "swaged" for uniform strength from end to end, thereby eliminating unnecessary weight. A machined aluminum gimbal at the butt of the shaft secures the attachment rope; and along with the plastic insert in the tip, prevents water from seeping into the shaft. Note: 8' handle fits the AFTCO 4" Fly Gaff Hook only.
