Cotton Cordell Pencil Poppers

The Cotton Cordell Pencil Popper is a super topwater bait for striper and big gamefish – so effective that even inexperienced anglers can catch fish with it. Designed to deliver super-long, accurate casts, the Pencil Popper's tail section has an added weight that forces it to sit tail-down, creating an ''easy'' bobbing target that game fish can't resist. When jerked, the Pencil Popper slashes from side to side with an erratic injured-minnow action. Extra-strong, rust resistant hooks.
