When evaluating the power requirements for your setup, remember that running multiple motor loads on a single generator typically requires additional capacity. If multiple motors are connected to the same generator, determine whether they will start simultaneously or if their starts will be staggered. Staggering motor starts (one motor starting at a time) can reduce the overall surge rating needed for the generator.
